Session Evaluation
Have you ever wondered, “Why is it so hard to forgive?” Are you feeling emotionally drained with anger, bitterness and resentment because you have been harmed? Well, you can now receive some healthy options to help you deal with these difficult emotions as you embrace the forgiveness process. To help facilitate experiencing emotional forgiveness, participants will have the opportunity to glean from the author’s own extraordinary story (Ever Rising from Tragedy and Pain to Triumph and Gain) of overcoming life’s emotional challenges of betrayal, abuse, abandonment and rejection via forgiveness. She will share the God-given forgiveness steps that she took to provide practical understanding of how to forgive and live. Participants will be guided through experiences to equip them to commit to give themselves the gift of forgiveness and experience emotional healing. Finally, all will be empowered to embrace the benefits and blessings of forgiveness freedom.
