Instructions

Below are instructions on how to participate in this conference.

  1. Log in.
  2. Click the My Account tab and update your profile.  Please let us know what city you are in.
  3. Click on the Schedule tab to view the session schedule.  This will be the most up to date information about the conference.
  4. Click the link of the session you would like to attend.
  5. On each session page, you can view the presentation slides or download the handouts.  Do so before the session begins.
  6. To listen to the session, click the play button on the session page.
    1. Note:  The session is only available 5 minutes prior to the session time.  If you click play and do not hear anything, check the time, and check to make sure that your speakers are connected and the volume is turned up.
  7. During the session, you can ask a question by entering it in the box provided along with your first name and city.  Questions that are not answered during the live presentation will be placed in the online forum in the session folder.
  8. Visit the Goodie Bag tab to find access to The Patio forum and other gifts from the presenters.
