Here are some frequently asked questions regarding the Healthy Relationships Conference.  If you have additional questions, use the contact form on the Contact Us tab.

1.  Will I need to install software to listen to this conference?

Most systems configurations are compatible with this conference.  To listen to live sessions, you will need to have a computer with speakers  connected.  The audio software is compatible with Mac and PC.

    • Required: Windows® 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server
    • Adobe Flash installed
    • Speakers connected to system
    • Internet connection – Dial-up ok, but DSL or faster preferred.
  • Macintosh®-based attendees
    • Required: Mac OS® X 10.4.11 (Tiger®) or newer
    • Adobe Flash installed
    • Speakers connected to system
    • Internet connection – Dial-up ok, but DSL or faster preferred

*Note:  If using telephone, landline is preferred, but not required.

You will be able to listen to this conference by going to the URL provided in the confirmation email and entering your username and password or calling in to the phone number, also provided in the confirmation email.

2.  Will there be video?

No.  This conference is audio only.  You can even listen to this conference via the telephone.

3.  Will there be handouts?

Some presenters may provide handouts or presentation slides.  This will be indicated on each session and available for download.

4.  How do I listen to the conference?

For those who register for the conference, an email containing your individual login information will be sent to the email address that you provided, one week prior to the conference.  To access the conference,  click the link in email and go to the special conference website.  Once there, enter your login information and you will be connected to the conference and have access to the items included with your registration.

5.  What if I am unable to attend a session?

We understand that “life happens”.  In the event that you are unable to attend a session, each session will be recorded.  Online audio playback or MP3 download is included with your conference registration (see package selected for details).  If you have questions about a topic that is presented, join us on The Patio where you can continue the discussion with us (30-day trial membership included with registration).

As a BONUS, if you miss a session, you don’t have to miss out on the information provided.  The recordings are included in your registration!  This alone makes the registration a great value.

6.  What if I have questions for the presenters?

During the sessions, presenters will accept questions either during or at the end of the session.  If listening via telephone, you will be instructed of the code to punch into the telephone keypad to raise your hand.  The phone line will be unmuted and you will be able to ask your question live in the conference.

If you are listening online via a computer, there is a question box below the play button on the “Listen Live” screen.  Type your question there along with your first name, and your location, and click ‘submit’.  We will receive your question and ask them during the live session.  If your question is not addressed during the call, it will be placed on The Patio where the presenters and other attendees can chime in on the discussion.

7.  Do you offer refunds?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you want to cancel your registration for any reason, you may do so up until February 1, 2011 12:00 noon, Pacific Standard Time (PST) and receive the full purchase minus a $25 processing fee.

All purchases or upgrades made after 12:00 noon PST  on February 1, 2011 are non-refundable.

8.  At a traditional conference, I can meet new people in the sessions or in the hallway during breaks.  How can I meet people during this virtual conference?

We have included a 30-day trial membership to The Patio with your registration.  The Patio is a networking website where attendees and presenters can interact.

9.  What if a presenter cancels?

The presenters and topics listed may change without notice.  Every effort will be made to fill session time slots so that you still receive value for your registration.

10.  How much does this conference cost?

This conference ranges from $99 to $289 depending on when you register and what registration options you select.  See registration tab for pricing information.
